Sikafloor Marine-119

Sikafloor Marine-119 is a one-component, self-levelling primary deck covering based on polymer-modified cement, applied on interior decks to level the surface before deck finishes such as ceramic coverings and bonded sealings. It is suitable for dry and wet accommodation areas, balconies and as a repair mortar for filling holes and depressions. Layer thickness is 3–50 mm; each 25 kg bag is mixed with 4.5 litres of water and covers 13.5 m² at 1 mm. It hardens rapidly, is walkable after about 4 hours, reaches 27.5 MPa compressive strength and can be pumped. Very low emission (EMICODE EC1PLUS). Prime with a suitable primer; aluminium or zinc-rich shop-primed decks need a SikaCor ZP Primer tie coat first. Tested according to the FTP Code and approved under the IMO Marine Equipment Directive.
